As our client, you’ll receive your own secure login where you can view real-time inventory levels, track orders, manage integrations, pull reports, and access billing details—all in one place. It is cloud based so you’ll always have visibility and control wherever you are, without ever having to reach out to us. 

 Yes. Our warehouse management system (WMS) is equipped to track lot numbers, serial numbers, and expiration dates for every product in your inventory. This is especially valuable for food, beverage, supplements, and other regulated or perishable items. If your products require traceability or have shelf life concerns, we’ve got you covered.

Absolutely, we offer all sorts of value added services such as kitting (bundling multiple items into gift sets  or variety packs), labeling or re-labeling (UPC, FNSKU, allergen warnings, etc.), or branded inserts (flyer, marketing, promotional inserts).  Yes, we can process returns based on your company’s return policy. We offer inspection, restocking, and disposal services depending on your preferences, as well exchanges.
